| What's Happening:

The
Parents and Teachers Association at MRE is
made up of individuals who want to make a difference in
the life of our children. Being a member of the PTA
helps support programs in our school that are not
supported by the government, such as:

Mini-grants that
allow the teachers to use funds to supplement their
curriculum and allow children to understand concepts in
multiple ways
-
Assemblies
that bring experts to our school who focus on a subject
and present it to the children in a unique way

Music
Program that allow our children to express themselves
through singing and performing
-
Drama
Programs that allow our children to immerse
themselves in the curriculum while developing a deeper
level of understanding on the subject, team working skills
and self esteem all at the same time

Art
Programs like Reflections and Art Attacks that
allow children to express themselves through another means
and appreciate Art

Physical
Education Supplies to encourage our children to
develop their bodies and minds at the same time
